: Rona before the Makeover

Dear Rona and Rachel,

We loved having you in the salon, as the winners of our competition “Reasons why I should win” and we hope you enjoyed your first ever make-over. I know it was a big change – the make-up especially. But Rona, we kept it subtle as you wanted – although I loved applying a hint of smokey eyes – and if it made you feel even more special as you left then I know we succeeded.

Rachel, I hope the careful consultation worked out well – you made it clear you were cautious about colours, but the results came out so well and you looked amazing. Let us know how your special evening went. And see you soon! Bacio, Sergio

what a fantastic afternoon ! the attention to detail and a genuine passion for their work is what sets Sergio and his team apart from other salons . we were pampered and treated so well… a wonderful head massage….the works..Sergio , your enthusiasm is contagious ! you thoroughly deserve to be successful ! thankyou so much for this lovely experience and making me feel fantastic !! x
